Our style of grilling whole fresh fish on an open flame is an ancient tradition throughout the Mediterranean, and provides one of the healthiest, most flavorful, and well balanced diets in the world. Our fresh fish are selected daily from the Fulton Fish Market, and are prepared to your order. We baste the whole fish in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and then sear in the juices on a very hot open flame grill. Our menu also includes filleted fish dishes and Mediterranean Kebab specialties, and, of course, a selection of fine wines.
